All the base models from HP/Acer/Toshiba/Dell/Lenovo etc are with the CPU that you need and the budget that you have kept. Don't go for Samsung (pathetic A.S.S). There might be differences in HDD size or RAM depending on if it comes with DOS or Windows. I would say go and have a look, aesthetics also matter when you are buying a laptop.

BTW Lenovo thinkpads have the best Build Quality. Dell & HP the best A.S.S. I suggest have a look, stream line a few contenders, we'll help you with the best specs & build quality. Aesthetics & looks are personal choices so that's something you'll have to decide.
