I want to upgrade my PC within a limited budget of 10K plz suggest me the proper combination of MOTHERBOARD, PROCESSOR and RAM ... INTEL and AMD both are welcomed..

At present i am having CM SMPS 350watts and 500 GB HDD...
 
AMD AthlonII X3 440 ~ 3.6k

MSI 785GM-E51~4k/ Gigabyte 880GMA-UD2H ~ 4.5k

Corsair 2GB DDRIII Value RAM ~ 2.1k

Total: ~9.7k-10.2k

This is a good config for a 10k budget. Btw whats major purpose of ur PC?

Alternate option is,

AMD AtlonII X2 245 ~ 2.8k

Biostar A760L3/ Gigabyte 74GMT-S2 ~ 2.6k

Corsair 2GB DDRIII Value RAM ~ 2.1k

Total: ~7.5k

This would workout to be a even cheaper rig if its just gonna be used for watching DVD RIPs, Browsing, 24*7 DL etc.....
