I bought Asus A42F laptop approx one and half year ago from ebay.
Now the problem is the hard drive of that laptop "seagate 500gb (model id :ST9500325AS)" is going to die. hard disk sentinel showed me that health is 23% and estimated life time is 89 days
I checked the warranty in seagate website but it says to contact the merchant
.
So what should i do now?is there any way to rescue my hard disk from dying?
should i go to the seagate centre to repair the hard disk?
Please help me guys,btw there is no data in it,I already did the back up.
