Help reqired

I am unable to play COD MW2 multiplayer through GARENA?
I have downloaded Steam and installed it but when i launch the game and select Multiplayer ... it says unexpected error :mad:

Please help me if you know whats the issue.
I usually play CS and HAWX Multiplayer through GARENA without any hassle..
I dont know what is the problem in this case.:huh:

What :S :rofl: ??? I will definitely try it out...i was using my headphones ?
A question u meant that u usually dont plug in anything in that port right? I mean after starting the game we can plug in , right ?
