Help required regarding downgrading Win 7 to XP

We got these 3 laptops preloaded with the 63 bit WIN 7.But a team is requiring win XP.The issue is win 7 can be downgraded to xp free of cost.But Microsoft needs us to first install xp with a genuine cd and a serial key and then call them to get the XP key after letting them know our OEM Win 7 key.But i dont have the original standalone xp as we go have only network based installions.Unfortunately, this laptops are not supported on our netowrk image...Any suggestions please..Anyone has the original cd with the key..We even tried to procure the XP cd..but Microsoft has stopped selling XP now..only support is present...I dont need the key for activation...i just have to generate an installation id with it and then call the microsoft rep...Plz help...

thanx..But i found an old volume license image in my company..Used it and all is well now...I have to say this microsoft requirement for downgrading 7 to xp really sucks big time...SOrry...Sorry..sorry cant help..these are the only help you will get from microsoft telephone reps..
