Storage Solutions HELP Seagate Warranty Claim Mumbai

I got a 320gb SATA Seagate Baracuda which at times makes some tic tak noise and then the system shuts down, at times the dire goes into scandisk whhile booting, need to claim for warranty but dont know where to in Mumbai, could someone plz guide me to the Seagate Service for Mumbai.
