Storage Solutions HELP Seagate Warranty Claim

I need to claim for warranty for my Seagate Hard disk, but don't know where to in Puri,AFAIK there is no service center in Puri.
The nearest one is Bhubaneswar.
I heard that Accel Frontline can arrange for a pickup and drop like WD,but not sure.
Could someone plz guide me to the Seagate Service.

Follow this:

1. Give a call to Accel Frontline Service Center. Get the toll free number to raise RMA request for Seagate hard drives. The usual Seagate toll free number is not the one coz in that u have to send the packet by urself.

2. Raise a RMA request for the hard drive. Get the Call ID (ex. Call ID: PICSGT09013129)

3. Pack it properly and put the address as received in mail or through telephone (In my case, it was

)

4. A blue dart courier guy will call you in some days and collect the packet, probably in 2 days.

5. After ~7 days, you will receive a new HDD as replacement at your home.

This was the process i followed for hard drive pickup from Rourkela. Considering Puri is nearby, it should be easier.
