Help!.. Sify Connection!..

Hi guys,

My friend is planning to go in for a sify connection and wanted to know the pings we get with sify connection in Counter Strike:Source in Bangalore. So if there are any sify users from Bangalore.. cld u plzz let me knw the pings ur getting and also wanted to know if sify is worth goin in for.. is ther any problems etc..

Btw the friend i was talking abt is Karan.. most of u must knw him. :) :)

Airtel is by far the best. Tell your friend to give them a call and tell them he wants the connection.
 
He does have airtel option.. but the prob is Airtel has been acting weird lately.. been getting pings arnd 300 sometimes.. even now im getting 300.. so just wanted to find out if sify was good.
 
For me pings are wierd usually in the night...like right now.

I still suggest Airtel. Most of the time their pings are very good. Not to mention their infrastructure is unrivalled and their Customer care is pretty good.

They have some decent guys sitting at the other end of the phone line when you give them a call.

But yeah, Tata is also supposed to be good. Chaos has it. PM him and ask him how the pings are. Last I heard he was getting poor pings.....
 
If he is bothered only about pings to Sg , then Sify is his best option ;) .
Latencies are somewhere around 40-50ms most of the time, better than Airtel , tata, etc etc
