CPU/Mobo help: strange sound at starup

Although I have turned off the sound scheme, upon starting up the computer, besides the fact that it takes longer than usual, now there is a bried sound/music. I assume it's a virus, but I can't find any information on what it may be or how to remove it. ideas?

Boot into safe mode and check if the sound disappears, if yes, then check your startup entires using msconfig.

Also i assume you have a/v running, if not run any of the free online virus scan and check for viruses.
