Help!! TATA Broadband NU Users

From the past few months i was getting charged for my NU usage but next day its reverted back into my account and had lodged numerous complaints to their customer care :@.

Now I escalated this matter to Nodal Officer, Mumbai and after a week after repeated reminders, I got a call form them that its now in their policy to charge and revert back the amount. :@

Guys kindly confirm if you also getting the same.
 
Yes, this happens for a few days after u activate NU

the hours gets reverted, but make sure you check, at the max, u can escalate to Nodal officer, thats about it, they dont give a damn

For me it gets rectified in a few days and NU usage shows ZERO

Worst CC I have ever seen :@
I am still sticking with this pathetic ISP for this NU plan, else i would have thrown this out long back
 
^.... I wonder what is the use of such a system when NU is totally free.... Why charge it & then revert it back to zero... :S:S
 
The same thing has been happening with a friend of mine, had a talk with the nodal officer but it didn't help, been over 6 months now .... no such problems for me yet :)
 
tata indicom is the worst isp ever.
even i had faced this problem when my connection was new however they refunded my amount. but later they did charge somewhere around 3k for night unlimited. then i mailed to nodal officer. i didnt get any reply but after a few weeks i got my 3k back(was not hoping to get it back). Also their connection quality is poor. i am thinking of swithching to our Bsnl or airtel.
