Monitors Help to Choose 24" IPS Monitor

Out of thee monitors, which one will be best to buy.

HP 24es 60.45 cm (23.8") Monitor
LG 24MP58VQ 60.4cm(24) IPS Monitor
Dell SE2416H 24 Inch

Purpose: Reading a lot of word files, internet surfing, and watching movies.

Probably can get it cheaper offline than online. Though a few people seem to face bad pixels or backlight bleeding - but I think bleeding is rampant with IPS screens?
