Help to get connection in wifi? Urgent

Hi friends

I have sony vaio laptop which i use for my personal purpose.I use wi fi in my home to connect to internet i set the IPV4 protocol to detect automatically every thing i mean DNS and IP.
But in my college i need to set up both the IP and DNS server address so that i can use wi fi.And it is very difficult for me to change every day from manual entering in college and automatic entering in house.Is there any way i can make two IPV4 protocol so that i can assign one to college and one to home.

use the option of "Alernate Configuration".
This is how to go about it:

1.In the tray there is an icon/notification for your network (a tiny screen shaped icon).
2.Right click that and select "Open Network and Sharing Center".
3.Out of the options give out on the left hand side, select "Change adapter settings".
4.The Network Connections will get listed out.
5. Select the one for the wireless connections. Right Click it, to get to the "Properties". A new window will open.
6.Double Click "Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)". Again a new window will pop up.
It has got two tabs on top. Use the "General" for the wifi at your home, and fill in the details/values of your college network in the "Alternate Configuration".
7. Dont forget to tick/check the "Validate settings upon exit" on both.
