The bank manager asked me to give a complaint and he'll forward it to the IT dept of IOB. I was held up with other works today and was not able to visit the bank personally.
 
Being a tech savvy guy and when something like this happens, you don't know how it feels for me !

Both my PC and laptop is protected with antivirus and firewall(Using KIS).
 
Whenever I swipe my card at any place, my bank statement says 'POS Payment'. POS - Point of Sale.

Also, whenever I make a NEFT, my Bank Defines EFT as 'Electronic Fund Transfer'. EFT - Electronic Fund Transfer.
