help with 3d rendering engine for website

I am starting up an online store for customized made to measure shirts. I need a 3d engine for designing shirts for the website. It will be similar to the following websites.

I have checked with a few companies who have developed their 3d engines but their costing is very high, something in the range of 7 lakhs plus integration into the website which goes up to around 10 lakhs which is way beyond my budget.

Is there any alternative solution which i can get for cheap or any freelancer who can build something similar for me?
