Laptops help with acer series 5000 laptop..

hi guys..
my friend is going to buy a acer 5000 series laptop from one of his friend.and he is getting for around 18 k the seller sayz the current market price of this laptop is around 34-36 k.but we have no idea about the configuration only this that it comes with 256 DDR and he has upgraded to 1 Gb.(i now it is difficult in the absence of info about proccy n all but dont have that)

i googled but in the absence of specific model not able to trace which one is it ..is there any laptop model no 5000 in acer if yes.is it worth buying for 18k..have no clue of laptops ..so have put this question for u guys..

look at the laptop and check urself. i am guessing it has to have the model somewhere. and BEFORE buying get info about the processor etc. Dont believe the seller just because he says its curent market price is 35k. i seriously doubt that cos otherwise he wudnt b selling for 18k ;) simple. If its a pentium M/celeron..its definitely not worth 35k nowadays ;) so check first :P
 
Use a software like everest or somethin and run it on d laptop,,,He'll allow u to do dat,,,
n it will give u all d details,,,

35k laptop in 18k Is pure crap.,,,

N Beware,, it might be stolen or somethin,,,
Check wid d acer company itself,,,

Make an informed decision,,,,...
