Hey guys..

I have this tendency of not deleting, be it something I downloaded or just some old logs n other stuff, But I keep everything very organised so I know exactly where stuff is...

My ESET firewall logs have exceeded 11GB (~6 months time-frame), now is there any scenario where these logs would be useful..?
Or are they just a waste of space? I have plenty of HDD space though, 1.6TB..

I also have PG2 running 24x7 and logging aswell.
ESET takes a while to start up now, takes about say 10 Secs. But when I try to access these logs and export em.. It takes freakin forever.

Please Advice.

Unless you are going to review these logs, and find specific entries, I don't see how they are useful. If you really want some sort of logging, try putting in specific rules for the log (like log only intrusions, etc)
