Help with fivenet

Its good compared to other isp's i m getting a speed of over 300Kbps after 7pm but the problem is that i m getting this speed only on direct downloads
not on torrents and p2p pls can ny 1 hlp
on torrents and p2p i m getting normal 10 - 15 Kbps
my plan is 128 u

Is there ny way to increase speed in torrents pls hlp

well i have 5net in my hostel in matunga.........i havnt found a soln yet to the prob......the torrent speeds we get is around 5-10kbps and flashget downloads reach even upto 800kbps .........depends on the load....
 
well actually its not the client, but fivenet........i think they provide a shared bulk bandwidth to a group, lie my hostel, and so the high speeds, but they have blocked torrents , so as to prevent misuse
 
just came to know that 5net is available in Navi Mumbai with sify's ol friends SSV.........might try it since i cant get MTNL....lesse if it rolls out
