There are some requirements like:
If you’re here to participate in the marketplace (or send Direct Messages), there are a few requirements to meet before you can:

• Minimum 25 posts in technical sections (non-technical posts do not count).
• First 5 posts will be moderated.
• Account must be at least 30 days old.

At least make an effort to read the rules.
It clearly states the account needs to be at least 30 days old. You joined on March 3. I hope you can do the date calculations.
