need help:gaming laptop facing bsod and also service issue with msi

My Gaming laptop i.e MSI GE620dx i7(2nd Gen) with 8 GB ram and GT555 2gb GPU card. Recently I'm facing multiple problems with the laptop and also with the service.
Well recenlty i have updated the laptop with Latest chipset,MB,Intel graphic drivers. These are updated thru MSI software upgrade application.After restarting the machine while browisng internet got BSOD for the first time in 10 months period. I tried to restore to the safe point but was still facing with problems of bsod with message like memory management.
One day later all of sudden when started the machine, got message as OS not found. So tried with recovery and got message as recovery successful but could not boot again. Then I followed to format it and it was not successful i.e after 1st disk then it was like installing but no change to and no message with insert rescue disk 2. so could not able to proceed further.
What may be issue. Is if RAM got faulty or hdd after software upgrade of latest graphic drivers?
Second problem is with the service of MSI.
I had given the laptop to Service centre (digicare,hyd) who takes care of RMI request of msi. They said it was hdd issue. It was 2 weeks back and when i was calling after 3 days they are telling that they requested for hdd part replacement and waiting for the MSI to send it to them. I have asked them how long does it take and they are telling they can only send a reminder and need to wait for part replacment. Is this much time will take to get hdd or ram replacement? Also will they don't have spare parts with them of HDD and ram with them?
Also when i bought the laptop it was mentioned 2 year international warranty. But here they are saying only 1 year international and 2nd year warranty covered only in usa. Is this holds true? who i need to contact with to check with info..is it with Online retailer where i bought or with MSI usa? Since time is running out and i fear if these people delay in returning the laptop i wont have much time to check througly after the rma.
Any way to escalate the issue if this is not they havent returned my laptop this week?
Please help if you have any email ids to escalate. I think calling customer care will be of no use as they will say whatever is updated in the website status. Or will they be any help?
