Help with my PSP.

A friend of mine just bought a 3.71M3 firmware PSP (not slim) from Thailand. Now he does'nt have the usual folders such as ISO, PSP etc , his mem stick is completely empty.

I've tried creating the folders myself but have only got music to play. Created an ISO folder and the games did not show up.

Can someone help me with what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks.

Pop the empty memory stick into the PSP and format through the PSP. (The XMB has the option. Look for it in Settings>System Settings>Format memory Stick). All the folders are created automatically.
 
just format the disk by going into Settings>System Settings>Format memory Stick Press x and it says do u want format memory stick press x and there u go connect it to ur comp and you can see the ISO folder all you have to do is drag and drop the game to the folder
