Help with Pheno II Overclocking

:S Guys I have a spare Phenom II X3 720 BE (0907CPMW Batch), I am pretty sure that it is a true tri-core & most likely wont unlock to a quad core. But even being so, it should overclock pretty well right? My other PII x3 720 BE unlocks as well as hits 3.6 ghz comfortably. But this one (0907CPMW) will overclock to 3.2 Ghz @ stock voltage stable (Prime 95 Small FFT Test >1 hr) & will hit 3.4 Ghz@ 1.375 volts Stable (Prime 95 > 1 hr)...but this bugger simply refuse to go any higher no matter what I do. I have tried increasing the voltage to 1.5 but no use, I have played around with the HT link speed & NB freq multi but again I simply cant get stability @ over 3.4 ghz. I have also played around with my RAM speed & timings and still no use.

I am at my wit's end by now. Is it the proccy or the motherboard?? or have I overluked something? Plz help guys. Thnx

PS: I use the SPIRE Thermax Eclipse II 5 HP heatsink with two 120MM fans @ fixed RPM. I use the Gigabyte GA-MA-78GM-US2H rev 1.0 mobo.

@mods plz correct the title to " Help with Phenom II Overclocking". Thnx

the question is 3.4 is a pretty mild overclock so the chip should handle it....mainly bcoz its a BE part...but i guess ihave 2 b happy wid 3.2 @ 1.325 volts
