I have a DELL POWEREDGE 1430 cabinet along with the SMPS + Motherboard.
To get this server up and running, im assuming I can use these 2 :-
(1) Quad-Core Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5310, 2x4MB Cache.
(2) 4GB (2x2048), DDR-2 667MHz ECC 2R Fully-Buffered Memory.
Can anyone tell me what would be the approximate cost of these 2 ?
I have specified the E5310 since another server that I have is running on that proc. If you guys can suggest me any newer / better options that can be used on the same mobo, please let me know.
