Help with T.sonic 630

Hey!

I'v been using this player for more than 6 months with no problems...

But now days, it's not getting recognised by the computer.. earlier, It would charge, but lately that is not happening also...
I'v tried resetting but that is not helping either.
I can't switch on the player now, it doesn't go past the "XX in use XX free memory" screen

any inputs??

how do I do that if the device is not getting recognised by the computer?

^^Have u tired with other pc? Try getting firmware from the Welcome to Transcend Website - Standard Memory,Flash Card,USB Flash Drive,Portable HDD,Multimedia Products,Card Reader,Proprietary Memory ,T.sonic Series,USB Flash Module,Solid State Disk,PF and flashing it (if it detects) or chk the pins are ok where the soldering goes on the main board (but from this u have to open the player)

Doesn't Transcend have any RMA policy??
