^ USD 32M I believe. A tad on the higher side considering his age, but he's a class apart alright with the right support ;)

Arsenal is going straight to hell if this turns out to be true. They will have same problems that they had this year when he was out due to injury. Again it will be just 2 big teams battling for EPL title with each other whole next season it seems.
 
feeling very let down and sad .... on the verge of pulling my hair out but we will prevail ....arsenal is not thfc ....hes just a man ...i support the club and in the end we will prevail ....

well barca got him for a snip 24 million euros (16 m pound ) considering D bent is supposed to be valued for 17 m pounds by west ham :P .
anyways not good news for arsenal. arsene wenger going after this season and for sure cesc febrageas too. so i can see them being a mid table team in near future :D. may be some relegation fight :P

no where .... one man does not make the team ... last season we played without him for 80% of the season so there nothing gonna happen.... when we sold anelka ,,, there were signs of doom and arsene bought in henry .... now henry leaves ..... arsene knows :)
 
Actually it will make big difference.

Believe it or not Henry had a huge psychological impact on team ever since he joined. If Arsenal cannot pour money to buy decent players then Henry had to go as he must think about his career.

This will affect Arsenal for sure. I see them struggling badly in Champion's league and also struggling to stay in top 4 in EPL next year. This is the worse thing that could have happened to Arsenal.

They have decent lineup, but no backups at all now. They will struggle mid season onwards.
 
Yep Sad he left,but its not a surprise ,was always on the cards.

henry and maybe next season Wenger , arsenal are looking like they r goin down.

But I hope they do well this season and hold on to the Champions league spot.

ESS ? Lol. I used to be one of the most active members there at one point of time with over 10k posts ... But they shifted to some other forum then and we all(all the old members) left ... + the admin's a racist prick .. so ..

india team does a lot better when theres no sachin :P ... arsenal is not a one man team ....its not thfc ...yes for all the ppl who have been following football since espn era ....its what its been but arsenal has and will be a football club and thats that

There is and was never doubt about that. Its how good they will do now is in doubt :P
They simply does not have the quality in numbers anymore.

I also remember a certain Ryan Giggs goal against your team ... FA CUP Semi was it ?
 
it was certainly not for you ..... just for all the people spelling doom with henry leaving :) and i am sure you know more about club history than me :)
