HFCL Connect Broadband Plan INFINITE 998 comitment 512-1Mbps but giving 530Kbps only

Hello Friends,
HFCL Connect Broadband Plan INFINITE 998 gives commitment of speed 512Kbps - 1Mbps but they are giving 530 Kbps only. After calling customer care several times they sent engineers to check the speed at home and thier reply is always same "Sir, your broadband speed is according to plan only" . Ain`t the company is fooling customers by providing wrong information about the plan.
Can i take any legal actions against them or anything i can do regarding it?

there you go, they are fulfilling commitment.

today's ISPs(except local guys) = rub it in your face

Connect has been one of the worst ISP I have ever used :|

I'm against ISPs, corruption, and our stupid Education System.

I used their net service when I was in CHD, pathetic download speed and fake promises. I used to get 1-2 kBps in torrent download. When I used to call them up, they said sir we cannot confirm speed in torrent download.

Once I had some adapter issue, the guy from the technical team told me that it might be due to magnetic interference. I was like WTF !!! They don't even bothered to fix things. Worst experience ever ! I will never recommend HFCL to anyone

Legally we cannot do anything cause you are getting the speed in the range they have promised. Plus they have some pathetic guidelines framed which won't allow us to get them anyhow. Your only choice is to switch to another ISP.

Torrent issues with HFCL can be resolved by Enforcing Encryption ... Furthermore much better torrent experience if u are on Bridge mode ...

All of their Plans vary their Speeds and Advertise as Max Speed (in ur case its 1Mbps ) ( Off Peak - 10PM-11AM ) and Min Speed ( in ur case 512-600 Kbps ) ( 11AM-10PM ).

Their speeds limits can be verified via browsing HFCL Connect usage Portal page and viewing Account Radius policy rules.

And their support service is Just Awesome ... our region is BATALA.

Mine Plan is 444UL with 128Kbps DayTime and 300Kbps Night Time ...

HFCL connect is worst for Gaming and parallel downloading.
