I am a Certified Apple Engineer with the iService Center and newbie on this forum. I can help with Apple questions posted here, be it a Mac OS or iPad/iPhone query. I'll try my best to be prompt with replies. My schedule is kinda hectic. Glad to be of help.

Ok because the word RESOURCE is a replacement for more human word like "PERSON" in IT industry.
"I need a Java resource" is what managers and all use instead of "I need a person who knows Java".
I hate the word personally, when used in this industry.

I too cannot stand that word. First time I heard the word I really didn't understood that I was being referred as a "resource". Damn....till than coal, oil was resource (natural) for me and I since than I became one.
