Hey guys,

Ever since I changed my Motheboard my nvme temps have gone up by 8C+

I used to be at 46-52 (idle to gaming) but now im idlling at ~52 and hitting 60 while gaming.

I used the heatsink that came with the board in both cases. My old board was an MSI x570 Gaming Plus and my current board is an Aorus x570 Pro Wifi.

Im using the same brand thermal pad too.

Any thoughts?

TIA!

The chipset fan seems to be blowing air over the m2 slots on the MSI and away from them on the Aorus.

have you check via samsung magician ?

A bit unrelated but why did you change your motherboard?

Did you see any issues with the MSI x570 Gaming Plus?
Nah, no issues. I got a good deal on a R7 and the Aorus board so i took it and sold my R5 and MSI board. The CPU was an obvious upgrade but the board was a higher tier one too. Sadly, there are some features the MSI board had that the Aorus does not have. (very frustrating and shocking)
