1. Benq gw2450hm?? Go with Benq Xl2420t 120hz monitor. Or else with Dell Ultrasharp U2412h.

2. When going with water cooling setup you need some breathing room or space in your cabinet. Maybe Haf932???

3. MOST IMPORTANT
Go with Gtx 780 eyes closed. New card who knows what it offers in the future.

4. Add another 8gb. 16gb total.

Rest all looks good. I say again that to wait for haswell. If you cant wait then here is my suggestion.

Monster Rig:

Intel i7 3930k
Asus Rampage IV Formula
16gb Corsair Vengeance 2133mhz CL11
GTX 780
1tb Seagate Barracuda
120gb Corasir Force 3 - 6100/-
Creative Sound Blaster Recon 3D
Asus 24X DVD Burner 1050/-
Coolermaster Storm Stryker
Corsair tx-750v2(Dont know, some issues with this psu)
Dell U2412M 24" Ips
Corsair Vengeance M60
Corsair Vengeance K60
Deepcool Assassin or Any Custom Water Cooling Kit

I use both k60 & m60 and i dont have words for them except one- MINDBLOWING

Sound card suggested here is completely optional. If you go with Rampage IV Extreme Mobo then their is no need of this card as the mobo itself contains awesome onboard sound

The 780GTX is rubbish if you wanna do any OpenGL/OpenCL coding. Double precision is locked to 1/24th SP rate and the architecture sucks pretty badly for compute. Also do be aware that the current gen geforce cards have their GL drivers locked down pretty bad so forget running any pro apps. If you must have an nvidia card, get a Titan or forget it. If its purely for gaming, then sure, the 780 is where the fun is.

For dabbling with coding nothing beats AMD right now. Most pro apps work fine with decent performance, their GL driver is not locked down. In fact if you find a bug and report at the developer forums, it gets fixed within weeks. OpenCL performance beats even the titan in 90% of the available apps.

I'm on an amd card after a few gens of nv cards. Couldn't be happier. My previous cards were 8800 and 2xx series geforces which were outstanding. Everything since then is purely for gaming and nothing else.

As for the rest of the parts, get haswell and a good z87 board with working usb3. Seems some boards have usb3 non working. As for cabinet, get the corsair 650D. Significant step up in build quality over the one you've selected. Also I'd recommend a seasonic X series psu or a corsair HX/AX series PSU. TX series isn't worth it anymore.

As for the SSD, get a Samsung 840 pro. The pro is significantly faster and more durable than the TLC nand based 840. You'd also want dual channel 16GB ram bare minimum. The internal hard drive better be atleast 2TB or more. A WD black or at least a blue is recommended.

With this kinda budget, do not be in a hurry. Wait till the end of the month (or two) for Haswell. India will respond slowly to Haswell - stocks of boards; processors & psu will take time to come in. However expect an overall 10-15% reduction in prices on the existing Ivybridge components (I may be wrong here), and if this happens then you stand to gain. You can push yourself for the Titan ;)

If you can wait for Haswell, then the following also will change - PSU & Motherboard.
WARNING: Your budget could cross 1.5 lacs (even otherwise with Ivybridge if you proceed now with the "best" of the components)

If you wish to go ahead rightaway - then I second the points that @Chaos has raised
PSU - Seasonic X-Series 760W ~ 9500 [fully modular, there is none to beat this - period.]
SSD - Samsung 128GB - 840 pro series ~ 8699
RAM - G.Skill 1866MHz 16GB
Cabinet - With water-cooling & the H100i - you can look at CM Storm Stryker (white)

For GPU - please specify what exactly are your "rendering & programming" tasks ? @Chaos has already highlighted the issues with 780 & openGL/CL - for this is an area where you are spending the maximum & you cannot afford to err.

Note: I am using most of the components recommended to you for the past 8 months with no issues.

Cheers
Terry
