High Loaded Latency

Hello there,

I am noticing high Loaded Latency on wired connection from JioFiber Router as well as the AP connected to the JioFiber Router. The issue persist even when most devices are on idle. What could be causing it? How can I go on resolving it?

Connection is running fast. I am not feeling the loaded latency as in slowness. I wonder if this is okay to ignore.

Can you run continuous pings to 8.8.8.8 and a local machine and see how the response time changes when you are running the speed test.

that loaded latency is not high, reduce devices, reboot router and test.

for me the bsnl ftth is not stable at all. latency get so high some times. for some seconds only
is there any way to avoid this?
the bsnl exchange is not providing any good help with this
