High Performance Lappy for GNS3

I am looking for a high performance laptop which could help me get through my CCIE Labs with GNS3.I will be running mostly 12-15 Emulated Router IOS which could eat up alot of memory and need huge processing power.I am no gamer and I was actually planning to get core 2 quad extreme T9 series proc.But sadly none of the new generation lappys come with extreme.

So basically my requirements are

Processor : i7 or T9000+
Display : 15"
Memory : 6GB+
GPU : Doesn't matter
HDD : Doesn't matter (7200 RPM preferred)

Budget : ~ 60K

I got an invoice from Dell for customized Studio 15(i7-720,6GB,500GB) for 55K with the above specs, but I was bit confused as I couldn't get Studio with 8GB RAM as the option doesn't exist.I was checking HP US site and you get the option to customize, but wonder why HP India don't support it.

Any input regarding the same will be great and appreciate it.Thanks to everyone who checked this thread.:)
 
Sadly there wasn't any input :huh: , but I did some research in the same forum and made the payment for the same ( Dell 15' studio).The only thing I missed out is on the 3year Complete Cover, now I have made the order, how do I extend from 1 yr Limited warranty to the 3 year Complete Cover(Some 8k+)? When I called up the same sales guy, he told me that I have to cancel this order and make a new order.
I don't want to do that as I got the best deal which is not available now.:(

Just one more suggestion - if you are already using up 6GB, then plan for a 16GB max memory laptop.

Most Studios have a max mem capacity of 8GB - if you want to have a higher mem capacity, you should go in for Dell Precision or the HP Envy series
 
To increase warranty you can check with a fellow member named Ankit aka Anks, he was providing some options regarding the same, I think the post was in the Hot Deals Section
 
The laptop is getting delivered today, got a message from BlueDart.So upgrading the RAM is out of context, now the only thing left is to get the CC somehow.
