High Pings in sify servers.

Hi ppl,
i was trying to play a game of Cs 1.6 and tried to connect to some US servers but the pings were very high around 280-400 and i got eventually kicked due to high pings.
Any workaround for that??
and i cant conenct to indian severs or any other servers for that matter apart from those listed due to obvious reasons..
and since i have 150 mb daily limit ..will playing games online during day time use up my limit fast?

No gaming doesn't take up much of data transfer....Which place are u from...?

Even i use Sify....I get pings of around 25-80 in most Asian Servers...
