I am looking for laptop with superb clock speed, so that whatever application i run it runs smooth and easy for some years. Specially this, compiling codes and rendering at times I am sucked with present intel core 2 duo laptop 4GB Ram.
I am eyeing [ hp dv6 6017tx(6770) and dell xps 15(2GB GT540)] rest I dont find any good combination not in Sony till yet. Cant find any in Acer too?
Dell give the option of customization, but hp doesnt

How much wil be the increase in performance?
1. i7-2720QM with 1GB GT525M (Dell custom)
2. i7-2630QM with 2GB GT540M (Dell)
3. i7-2630QM with 1GB 6770 (HP)
Wished I had option for( i7-2720QM with 1GB 6770 )
hyeah:, but forget that it is viable yet unless u go for Alien one's.
So far as cooling is concern, I believe both have good buildup, so heating will not be that issue.
64 - bit OS (windows 7 premium or professional) - how much will it differ in feature, will i hv major change in experience.
budget - 60K
Can increase it to more depends. I dont like compromising for few bucks. but not should be < 70k
