Kippu, you seem to be finding all the bad things about India. :P
First telemarketers and now this.

Indian Cyber Cafe owners are least bothered about viruses. They form biggest chunk of those compromised computers. Plus, if you know how, it's very easy to infect computers even with a known virus (even with the latest antivirus update). Its even easier to embed the virus through an iframe on that "free games", "watch EK tha tiger online" sites.
