Hindi films that are copied from phoren films

Although I believe the OP didn't compile the list, saying rangeela is a copy of a 2004 movie is spreading false information .. which not only denigrates our Industry (even more) but also our country.

Some films can be mere inspiration .. and even thin lines with different treatment should be acceptable. In fact all the stories in the world resembles one or the other, it's the treatment which makes the difference.

A blatant (scene-to-scene) rip off should be looked down upon.

That doesn't mean the rest of the list is not credible. :P

Awara paagal deewana had scenes copied from The Matrix (I remember the producer hired the matrix stunt guy to do stunts, but couldn't he ask for something original?)

Dhamaal has scenes copied from Johnny english, its a mad mad world, etc.
 
Good thread! Easily a lot of films are missing in the list. Loads of movies have been copied from hollywood :lol:
 
has this list been compiled from that lame paki site bollycat.com??

i can see glaring errors, like Raaz 1 is said to be a copy of What lies beneath, while it was Kasoor which was the copy.
