British Telecom is expanding their business in Digital products and hiring for Data roles (not a pure programming roles). Below are some of the jobs that's currently opened in Bangloare/Gurgaon. Level D is a senior role (8-10 year experience) and more kind of leadership role and expanding BT vision and strategy while Level E is mid level (4-8 year experience) and involves towards technical role. Work life balance is very good, pay was good till last year (not sure about right now) and depends on your current package. Only caveat is we're moving slowly as compared to other tech company but BT invested good amount of capital last year. Major cloud provider is Google and AWS, most tools are build internally but we're also using other leading software. Currently we've develop generative AI tool (specific for BT required case) with the help of AWS. Currently we're doing 2 day WFO (not required but expected). PM me for referral or more information.

So my guess would be entry barrier (interview level) should be somewhat ease to fill the position. Back in March-June'23 BT get rid of around 300 employees from "BT Digital" with good severance package.
