Hiring to Code a Complex CMS System

I am working on project and for that I need a website which has a CMS completly programmed to my needs. Just wanted to check if there are anyone who can help me with it or give contacts of companies who can do so. I am willing to spend over 1500$ just to code the CMS. CMS needs to be coded in PHP/MySQL. The programming is a bit complex as it has to generate dynamic contents, module creation option and lots of stuff. The Flowcharts and the technical designs are already in works. I just need someone to make code out of those flowcharts. So, in a way, its an easy project also.

The project is related to media publications, forums, users page and feedback. Dont worry, it is not a competitor to TE in any ways. The subject is totally different.
 
like hacker pointed out there are very good cms like drupal, joomla, e107. it would be easier to make specific mods to suit your needs ,for those cms, rather than code it completely..
 
hmmm, seems quite intresting. Well, I dont even mind working on such CMS system. The problem is "is it up to my needs". I had considered Mambo before. But, there was a lack of dynamic data support. Anyways, is there anyone who can help me customize drupal to my needs. I really dont have the time to sit and program it. Hence, my offer to hire still stands. I dont even mind working on ready made CMS systems as long as it suits my need.

P.S. The project is related to gaming. Now, thats shud interest many.
 
Well, can u gimme 1 weeks time. I will present u with the flowcharts. Thats will help in better understanding. Also, I can work something out for TE also. I will PM Safin.

As far as basic is concerned, it has a working similar to Techtree.com. Subcatagories and option to add on the fly modules. Again, I am mentioning, the subject is totally different.
