Hi,
Yes. I am aware of it. I have already written to HIS regarding warranty.
At the moment HIS has 2 years warranty globally, so dont think of this as Indian only case, but still we are looking into it. We are offering painless RMA from our side. No rejection due to insane reasons people report here on TE for rejection of RMA.
HIS is very committed to India. And so are we. Whatever your concerns, feedback, queries, I will be making a separate thread for HIS feedback. And important points will be passed onto HIS by us and solutions will be found.

Soon we will be moving into a new front office and warehouse in Borivali. We are a distribution company, so we do not have retail store.
