I had bought a Hitachi DeskStar SATA HardDisk (160GB) in May from Prime ABG, after reading the positive reviews about it. However within 6 months the Disk now seems to have crashed, as its not being detected in my BIOS. I tried changing both the Power Cable as well as the SATA data cable, but to no effect.
Can someone advise me on how to get it RMA'ed (if there's no other option left).
I'm still recovering from the RMA that I did for an Asus Motherboard few months back
is this gonna be equally painful??? How long will it take for the Hitachi people to get i rectified/give a new piece?
