HLP: CSS Player skin installation

Hi

I want to install a CSS (CT) Player Skin. Legal One.

The installation procedure says -

Place the UrbanTemp_CADPAT(AR).vtf, UrbanTemp_normal.vtf and UrbanTemp.vmt files into your
"X":\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\"username"\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player\Urban folder.
Make sure you remove any previous models in the Urban Directory.

"X" - being your hard drive letter where the CS: S is installed
and "username" being your steam account username.

NOTE: You must place the .VMT file in the same folder of the skin will not show up.

Problem

1. The folders \materials\models\player\ doesn't exists at all (not even 'materials') ! !
2. Even I make them, the Skin is not showing on the Player Selection menu under CT forces. It is only showing that old 4 CT players option !!

BTW: may not be related to it, my CSS is original version.

Try putting it in
X:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\"username"\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player\ct_urban
