Why not simply decline that buyer and ask the broker to bring someone else? I'm sure the broker isnt fixed only on this one buyer unless he is getting an extra commission..

Yes your are right EXTRA commission point can't ignored, I too thought same and message her to reject offer and wait for next buyer/offer.
