Upto 70 K

Q: What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
Only an APC UPS - Being unused state for more than 3 yrs, hope a new battery would do good ??


Q: Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
A decent 5.1 soundcard with DD Live (inclusive), so as to enable me connect a new 15k 5.1 sound system (not inclusive)


Q: Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
May Upgrade the RAM & GPU after a year.

Q: Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)

HD Movies & Music
Gaming - NFS Run, Dirt 3, Max Payne (like.. ) Future editions of Ashes cricket and GTA
Processing - Audition CS5, Photoshop CS6, Aftereffects CS6, Office 2010.
Daily Browsing
Daily Download.

Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
No Preferences. But I have some requisites to be met.

1. This is going to be a Home theater PC so need a Good 5.1 sound card (ASUS or Creative ?) and a compatible 5.1 sound system (like Logitech Z906 or any other recommendations)

2. Only need 500 GB HDD required. Won't this save some money so I can put it in some other component ?


Q: If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
Gaming - NFS Run, Dirt 3, Max Payne (like.. ) Future editions of Ashes cricket and GTA - (Mid to High)

Q: What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
Any Good 20-21" Full HD Monitor.

Q: Are you looking to overclock?
No - Not much Aware of that.

Q: Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?

Well then your existing UPS is good enough,Everything suggested is good enough so you're good to go with it,Other members will suggest you the same,Cheers.
