Selling my old homelab setup, upgrading to Ryzen.
You'll get
Intel i5 4590T 4C/4T Haswell 35W CPU
2x 8GB 1866 MHz Kingston DDR3
Ant esports H81 Motherboard
Deepcool Gamma Archer CPU cooler
Warranty status: Motherboard in warranty till mid-April, RAM has possibly 3 years or lifetime so about 2.5 years remaining. Invoices available for both, posted both.
The motherboard has no fan speed control so a zener-based voltage dropper is included for free, in case you don't like the noise. This makes the CPU fan much quieter, but the dropper only supports one fan.
RAM will run at max 1600MHz on this board, for obvious reasons. XMP settings aren't supported, but I have set up the BIOS to run them at the maximum possible speed for the chipset.
System has been running headless Dietpi 24x7 for last seven months with no issues and overall excellent low temperatures. So I guess it is reliable enough. I need better PCIe connectivity and performance, hence the upgrade plan. There is still plenty of life left in this for someone who wants to explore homelab on the cheap. Right now it runs 6TB x 2 and 4TB x 1 WD drives as well as a nvme for fast local cloud.
As usual, shipping is on you. Your arrangement and your responsibility. The product is currently in use and it will take me 24 hours to pack it after payment. Do keep that in mind.
