The HTC explorer I got from HS18 is the royal color but the headset is missing from the package.

A Friend bought a explorer from a local shop and that did have a headset in the box.

To be honest; no body writes a review if the product is delivered in good condition. I bought a Microwave from them 2 years back (IFB), it was delivered by local IFB warehouse guys, was in perfect condition and with all freebies mentioned. (Its still working fine; for records)

My recent refund experience is good as well. though I have not purchased any big products recently.
