I found these to be the best but sadly this ISP is not available in Pune.

HK2MB-NDU-30D
HK2MB-NDU-90D
HK2MB-NDU-180D
HK2MB-NDU-360D

I hope the service is equally good. Not like Tikona which was full of truck loads of promises when it came in Pune and later what it delivered was just dog shit....
 
I heard that it is only available in central side of mumbai,those plans are very low prices compaired to mtnl,hathway tata,etc. sounds too good to be true,do they have down times etc like mtnl?
 
service is fairly good... i used 1 mbps and used to got constant 100kbps........ downtimes are rare........ i am using this isp for last 5 years....... and they have improved remarkably over the years!!!!!!!!

big ones have "BRAND" and are milking innocent customers. Plus these tiny ISPs have limited Coverage and are not able serve a lot of people. so for people like me have no other operator in area, are forced to pay higher price.

Am not sure whether Rajesh is there in your area, but see if its there. Because @ 7500, Honesty 1 Mbps UL is expensive compared to mine @ 6067 all incl. Also no FUP :-)
