Hooking up cablenet to wireless modem

Hey fellow TE members,

Im a new member and i needed advice on my internet setup.
Im using classicnet, which is a cable broadband network based in Jogeshwari west. Maybe some of you use the same service so you would know their setup.
The lan cable is not connected to a modem, instead it goes straight into the port. There is a dialer that i use to connect which is installed on the desktop.

I have a pc and laptop, and i plan on using both to play FPS online. I want to connect this cable to a wireless modem and create a secure connection.

How do i go about doing this... Kindly advice

Buy a Wireless Router, e.g. ASUS WL520GU, insert the cable to the WAN port, Follow the manual and configure the modem as a PPPoE dialer, Clone the MAC address of the LAN port of your PC or Laptop where your current connection is on. Put some wireless security and voila! you are done!
