Hotmail.com display issues, works fine in Microsoft Edge but not in chrome/firefox.

Please check both attachments, Hotmail.com opens fine on microsoft edge but not in other browsers.
all the buttons on top get disabled in chrome/firefox but not in edge.
Is there a solution for same ?
We have many Office 365 users, hope to get a solution.

Did you check if any extensions are causing this? We use O365 and never had this problem? Is it isolated to one system or happening in all systems?

If it is happening across all systems, you could actually contact MS help. They are pretty quick to respond and come on call.
 
I dont have multiple systems, trying on 1 system only.
I have Adblock Plus and lastpass extensions, problem started few days ago, until then it was perfect.

Try it on another system and disable the extension. Lastpass could also cause problems like this. At any rate, try it in a fresh browser/pc

Happens with me on daily basis.. my daily driver is FF since ages but of late some or other site doesn't load just like in your case..blank or images have that loading gif forever while same site opens fine in chrome and vice-versa. However edge is so supercool that throw anything at it it will never disappoint you..

Yeah, tried no difference, have subscription to Office 365 Family edition so no ads.

Ok will try this, I have like 50+ subfolders in my hotmail account
 
I also have this same issue and even mail app doesn't work for me when I click some sub folder it doesn't go there, sometimes mail sync issue not sure if its Mail app or something related to Hotmail.
 
Searched Microsoft Help/Tech/Support/Forums etc. etc.
There are many who are facing this issues.. I guess its end of Firefox based browsers (including chrome, unsure)
Read an article somewhere.
 
Also do try changing the custom DNS setting from your browser settings. Try keeping it 1.1.1.1

If you want to know what exact service/server/request is causing this problem then you can open dev tools of the browser (by right clicking > Inspect) then go to Network tab and observe which request is taking time.
