Forum Feedback Hovering over a link in New posts

When I hover the cursor over a thread link in any of the subforum thread lists, I can see a yellow box (like a tooltip, I don't know what the html terminology for it is) with the first few words of text. However, this doesn't happen in the New Posts, at least for the past two days. What happened?
I use FF 1.5.0.4
 
Aaaargh !! ... and I thought something had gone wrong in my setup and I have been fiddling around trying to get the Balllons back on again :(
 
Hey I dunno if this is relevant, but when I hover my mouse over a thread link (in many forums) a small box comes up next to the mouse pointer, which displayes the first post.

Can it be done here also, coz many times the thread titles can be misleading. So getting a thread preview (first post) might be helpful.

This is exactly what we are talking abt. It has not been happening for the past few days.
 
But only in the New Posts section. The others were working, when I posted this complaint (at least one was)
 
was it ever workin in newposts?

i don't remember turning it on ever. its not a native functionality even
 
strange, the code is not there in the template :ohyeah: anyway will check
