How can I get this in Windows 7 ?

I am on windows 7 from like a year now but I am still unable to figure out how to get a taskbar like that. Any inputs ?

A third party software most likely. Check out rocketdock or objectdock for windows 7.

Ya, use docks. Most of the free docks out there looks like the one u showed.

If this were Xp or Vista i would have understood the need of that dock.But Windows 7 have far better and useful stable taskbar dock.
Give it sometime and you will come to like it. The above image looks typical Windows blinds one.

Try 'stardock' for the other effects
