how can one get iphone from US if some his / her relative stays in US

one of my friends is coming from US

is there any scope for him to bring iphone @ a cheap cost

tell ur friend to have a look at ebay.com ... if you want it for less price then the auctions are the way to go!!

look on the forums.not much time ago people were selling a 32 gig 3gs for 25 k.thats a pretty cheap price for the 3gs.also once the iphone 4 picks up you will get lots of 3gs on cheap so i would advice you to play the waiting game.

^^ Do you understand the concept of contract ? You can find lot of 3GS now on TE itself /ebay for arnd 20-25k 16GB one. Dont expect a 16GB 3Gs for anything less than 20k for a used one. A new one currently is like 28-29k...may be once Iphone 4 launches everywhere....3GS 16GB should be easily available for arnd 22-23k.
 
If remember it works like this exactly

i'm telling for iphone 3gs 8gb which is 99$

You pay 99$ and onemonth advance of 75$,and one time activation fee like 36$ + Early termination Fee(ETF) 200$

all fees vary +/- 5-10$. , i havent cross checked,just posting what i remember

so it comes 99+200+75$+36$ = 410$

I have seen in some forums,but it really dents someones credit records if it happens frequently and

so u can get it for well under 20 k a new one.. it becomes officially unlocked too

Not all relatives and friends do this for you..!!
