How do I buy apps from iTunes without CC?

The CC which I had expired and I don't have any other CC.

I tried VCC from HDFC Netsafe, that also not working. What are other options? I want to buy an app of 110 INR.
 
Don't know about Entropay, but debit cards don't work.

btw I got hold of friend's CC, so bought the app which I wanted. However I would still like to know what are some other ways.

One way would be buy iTunes gift card [from local store or ebay] and use that.
